The yard landscape was designed by the owners and exhibits 5 species of palm trees and shrubbery from central and southern Baja, all professionally maintained. While the plantings are stunning during the daylight, it is the evenings when the up lighting magnifies the lush plantings. Colorful bougainvillea and plumerias are abundant and are beautiful when in full bloom.

Attached to the casita, the large two car, high ceiling garage offers ample room for a truck, a 22’ Super Panga, two quads, a workbench and a 12’ Zodiak. The paved parking area will accomodate at least 4 vehicles.

This home is provided with underground CFE power, a 125-gallon+ propane tank, potable artesian well water (that provides drinking water to the Resort and all of the 35 residences constructed at Rancho Leonero) and an onsite sewer treatment plant (serviced 3 times per year). Each of the bedrooms and the casita are provided with 1 ton mini-split air conditioning units and the living room/kitchen area is provided with 2-3 ton mini-splits for comfort in hot weather. Direct TV, phone and Internet services are provided by a service contract with local venders.
